FuturoNow project will invite eligible organizations that have the capacity to address family and youth needs through new or expanded remediation and anti-poverty programs and services in Latino communities within Los Angeles County. We explain more details about the Subawards on January 20th and answer questions.

Eligible Sub Award Applicants Must Be:

• Faith-based or community organization
• Annual budget of no more than $500,000
• Never received direct federal funding
• Not have previously received CCF funds for similar work
• Provide community services that are meaningful and important within the community
• Have the capacity to provide anti-poverty and/or youth mentoring services
• Indicate a willingness to grow and invest time by involving its leaders in the process
• Provide services within the stated geographic boundaries
• Not required to have a 501(c)3 federal tax status
• Provide services that are culturally appropriate
